By accessing or using StyleCloset ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StyleCloset is a personal closet management application that allows users to:

• Upload and organize photos of their clothing items
• Categorize items by type, brand, color, and other attributes
• Search and browse their digital closet
• Plan and save outfit combinations
• Access their closet data across devices via cloud backup

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to StyleCloset. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or harmful content

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleCloset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
